  • Hazard identification studies, including HAZOP study leadership for a major urea fertiliser project in South Australia; a natural gas compressor station in NSW and a new Ammonium Nitrate/Emulsions in Newcastle

  • Risk assessment and quantification, including for several for hydrogen manufacturing in South Australia, NSW and QLD; chlorine manufacturing in Victoria and NSW; ammonia manufacturing in South Australia and QLD; high pressure pipelines modifications in NSW and SA; QRA for an aerosol facility and LPG storage in NSW; and QRAs for two LNG facilities in NSW and in QLD

  • Process safety integration for an LNG facility in Tomago NSW and for two chloralkali facilities in NSW and in NSW and Victoria

    • Risk analysis including scenario planning for major industrial developments in NSW including preliminary hazard analysis and fire safety studies for Battery Energy Storage Systems (BESS) and upgrades to a major ports facility in Botany, NSW

    • Staffing level assessment for a facility operating in one of Australia's major ports, for an LNG facility and for a power station, to ensure that staffing levels are sufficient to deal with daily activities and significant plant upsets or incidents

    • Risk Management Training, with 10 to 20 process safety training courses delivered each year, either as public courses or internally to our clients and throughout Australia

    • Safety case development for an LNG storage facility (and 2 x 5-yearly updates); an LPG storage/aerosol manufacturing facility (and 2 x 5-yearly updates); a flammable liquids / paint manufacturing facility; a refinery; a gas treatment facility; 2 x water treatment (chlorine gas) facilities; and for 2 major chemical gases manufacturing facilities
